Halal Certification

Halal Certification is the procedure by which Halal certification bodies provide written or equivalent assurance that management system/products or services meet the requirements of PS 3733-2019 published by PSQCA. Halal Certification of food products may be, as appropriate, based on a range of inspection activities which may include continuous on-line inspection, auditing of quality assurance systems, and examination of finished products.

The growing era of industries is evolved around the globe from fresh raw food to ready to eat food, from fresh food to frozen food, from organic food to processed food, from home food to restaurant food etc, but for this, the preservation required which majorly done by the different preservatives, additives, and other ingredients may be added like color, stabilizers etc which need surety regarding the Halal Standards.           

So, for this, there is a need for the competent Halal body to conduct onsite audit by the expert auditors, of their manufacturing plant to get the surety according to Islamic Laws about Halal food. Halal Certification covers the verification of ingredients, handling, labeling, manufacturing, hygiene, packaging, storage and distribution. It undertakes all the activities from farm to fork.

The aim of Halal CB (Private) Limited is to provide credible Halal certification services so that the rights of Muslims for having access and consume safe, healthy and Halal food are protected.
